النص العربي
بَيْنَا رَجُلٌ وَاقِفٌ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِعَرَفَةَ إِذْ وَقَعَ عَنْ رَاحِلَتِهِ، فَوَقَصَتْهُ ـ أَوْ قَالَ فَأَقْعَصَتْهُ ـ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ، وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ ـ أَوْ قَالَ ثَوْبَيْهِ ـ وَلاَ تُحَنِّطُوهُ، وَلاَ تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْعَثُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُلَبِّي .
English Translation
While a man was standing with the Prophet (ﷺ) at `Arafat, he fell from his Mount and his neck wascrushed by it. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Wash the deceased with water and Sidr and shroud him in two piecesof cloth, and neither perfume him nor cover his head, for Allah will resurrect him on the Day ofResurrection and he will be reciting Talbiya."
