النص العربي
سَأَلَ مَيْمُونُ بْنُ سِيَاهٍ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ قَالَ يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ، مَا يُحَرِّمُ دَمَ الْعَبْدِ وَمَالَهُ فَقَالَ مَنْ شَهِدَ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ، وَاسْتَقْبَلَ قِبْلَتَنَا، وَصَلَّى صَلاَتَنَا، وَأَكَلَ ذَبِيحَتَنَا، فَهُوَ الْمُسْلِمُ، لَهُ مَا لِلْمُسْلِمِ، وَعَلَيْهِ مَا عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ.
English Translation
Narrated Maimun bin Siyah that he asked Anas binMalik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoeversays, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like usand eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations asother Muslims have."
