النص العربي
كَانَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْهَرَمِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ .
English Translation
Allah's Prophet used to say, "O Allah! I seek refuge with You from incapacity and laziness, fromcowardice and geriatric old age, and seek refuge with You from the punishment of the grave, and Iseek refuge with You from the afflictions of life and death."
