📖 The Book of Jihad and Expedition - كتاب الجهاد والسير
النص العربي
حدثنا يحيى بن يحيى، وأبو كامل فضيل بن حسين كلاهما عن سليم، قال يحيى أخبرنا سليم بن أخضر، عن عبيد الله بن عمر، حدثنا نافع، عن عبد الله بن عمر، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قسم في النفل للفرس سهمين وللرجل سهما .
English Translation
It has been narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) allowed two shares from the spoils to the horseman and one share to the footman.
